This week, it snowed for the first time this season in my hometown. I woke up to a beautiful dusting over everything. I was so thrilled that I quickly jumped out of bed and drove up to the mountains on Senator Highway. After being patient, I was more than ready to enjoy the snow. There was a cloud resting on the mountain that created the most beautiful fog. Sadly, the light layer of snow didn't last long. For the snowy adventure, I wore my heavy duty snow boots, comfy black AE jeans, colorful warm earmuffs, and a striped rainbow sweater. I also brought along a long, thermal coat to snuggle in while sightseeing and to stay dry in the sleet. As soon as we packed up to drive back into town, the clouds parted and the sun shined bright. It was almost surreal how the storm lasted just long enough to be captured. Has it snowed where you live this winter or do you live in a warmer climate? Either way, hope you're staying warm, happy, and healthy. Xoxo, Shelly
